Reve the Label has experienced extreme growth over the past year and is continuing to scale rapidly. As we prepare for the launch of our biggest collection to date, we are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Brand Intern to assist with brand management. She/he will support the team with content creation, social media management, implementation of brand initiatives such as giveaways and influencer collaborations, PR generation as well as collection development, and CRM. She/he must have basic ecommerce marketing and social media knowledge. An understanding of garment construction, design, and trend forecasting would be a bonus! The ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative thinker and has a passion for building relationships, design and women’s fashion. 



Manage customer enquiries and pre/post purchase process - 30%

- Management of customer enquires across all channels including pre and post purchase processes (i.e. Issuing refunds and providing customer support for sizing enquiries).
- Lead the development of the monthly content calendar including visuals and copy (captions) as well as any scheduled influencer posts, paid social and brand initiatives.
- Identify key influencers in line with the Reve look & feel
- Generate and report on influencer and PR activity
- Assist the team with the messaging and creative direction for marketing campaigns to support new product/collection launches.
- Support the design team with new production and collection development, mood boards, trend forecasting and supplier sourcing.
- Organize the server and ensure all tech packs, design specs and garment briefs are filed correctly.
- Assist with photo and video content production, sourcing and booking photographers, hair and make-up artists, models and shoot spaces, sending call sheets and supporting with postproduction process.  
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with cross functional partners as needed.
- Organise press and influencer send outs.



- Self-motivated, quick-learner, ability to multi-task, problem solving skills, initiative, drive, creativity, and flexibility are essential.           



- Knowledge of the brand, as well as other brands and competitors in the contemporary special sizing market.


- Attention to detail.


- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.


- Effective project management skills.
