We offer exchanges and returns for a full refund on items not worn within 14 business days of receiving your purchase. Please contact one of the team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to arrange a return.
Please ensure all items returned are in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached.
Once the return is received, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer size exchanges on same products only. Should you need to make an exchange for a different size, please return the item to the above address within the 14 business day period. You must include a note in the parcel confirming your name, order number and the size you would like to exchange the item for. Postage costs for exchanges will be covered by Reve the Label.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for different items. If you wish to order a different item you will need to place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order.
ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE.
If a final sale item is sent back to us for a refund, this will not be able to be processed and will automatically be shipped back to you.
